​ Stephanie Caputo 

I started my Early Education career right after I graduated high school in 2012. I began working with Sandra (Founder) in her home daycare. I attended MCLA majoring in sociology with a minor in social work. When I had my first child in 2014 I made the decision to switch to Early Childhood Education. I spent a brief amount of time working for another daycare center where I obtained my CDA credential before returning to Dipody Doo. Since returning I've obtained my Director certificate with Manchester Community College. I have been a lead teacher at Dipody Doo since 2019 and was overjoyed to be given the opportunity to be Director here in West Brookfield. Now I lead and assist the teachers in creating a quality child learning experience, ensuring a nurturing environment to foster exploration and a love for learning.
